Build a Country Gamepass Tier List
Six confirmed passes. Buy after the plot already prints cash.
This list ranks the six confirmed Build a Country gamepasses by how they change the town loop. The passes are Change Size, VIP, Infinite Storage (∞ Storage, infinite plot box), 2x Population, 2x Money (sell twice), and 2x Builder Speed. Shop prices and official descriptions below come from the live universe catalog. We still do not invent secret VIP perks the studio has not spelled out. We rank jobs: selling, building, housing more people, and unblocking the plot box.
Read this after the Tier List Hub method (early economy, mid expansion, war readiness) and next to the building tier list. A pass that doubles a bad town still leaves you with a bad town. Buy when the free plot already sells.

S-tier: 2x Money and 2x Builder Speed
2x Money (399 Robux) is the cleanest S. The pitch is simple: you sell twice. Every other system in the game — houses, farms, tanks, planes — spends the same cash pool. Doubling the sell step compounds for the whole session. It does not make a rushed army good, but it makes a good economy replace losses, which is why the war tier list still calls cash the top war rank.
2x Builder Speed (99 Robux) shares S because queues are the other silent tax. It is the cheapest S-tier clock in the live shop. Future-city art shows a giant avatar holding towers over a street grid; the joke is scale, the gameplay is time. If builders are slow, houses wait, farms wait, and military waits. Speed does not print money by itself, but it turns money into plot coverage before a five-player lobby decides the map.
If you can only buy one pass, take 2x Money when selling is already a habit. Take 2x Builder Speed when you have cash sitting idle because the queue cannot keep up. Do not buy either to rescue an empty square.
A-tier: 2x Population and Infinite Storage
2x Population (199 Robux) is A because people are the housing job. Official text: twice the amount of people move into your country. More population makes the sell loop fatter once houses exist. Without houses, a population pass is a number with nowhere to live. Pair it with the S-tier building jobs, not with a tank rush.
Infinite Storage (∞ Storage, 299 Robux) is A because the plot box is a hard gate. Official text: your plot’s box holds an infinite amount of things. When the box is full, you stop placing, and every other rank becomes a screenshot. An infinite box does not make farms better; it stops the game from pausing your plan. On a long session where you are filling a flagged city, this pass is the difference between a skyline and a stuck cursor.
These two A ranks shine in mid expansion. Early on, you may not feel the cap yet. Late on, you would rather have 2x Money feeding rebuilds. Mid-game, population and storage are how a tiny town becomes the packed flags in official city art.
Situational: VIP and Change Size
VIP (149 Robux, added 10 August 2026) is situational. The shop description is empty. The name promises status. We will not invent a hidden money multiplier or a private combat buff just to fill a letter. If VIP only marks you in a five-player lobby, it is a social pass: useful for looking like a leader when you are brokering alliances, useless if you expected it to replace 2x Money. Buy it because you want the tag, not because a tier list promised secret DPS.
Change Size (49 Robux, added 21 August 2026) is also situational. Its shop description is empty too. Official art already plays with scale — countryballs next to cities, a huge avatar lifting towers, tanks that dwarf grass studs. Changing size is fun, can make the plot easier to see, and does nothing for sell rate. It is a comfort and style pass. If you are saving Robux for S-tier, skip it.
Neither situational pass is “bad.” They are the wrong answer to “how do I take the server.”
What not to buy instead
Do not treat scripts as a seventh gamepass. Automation that builds or sells for you is a worse idea than paying for 2x Builder Speed or 2x Money. If you are hunting auto queues anyway, read auto-build scripts as a risk note, not as a rank. A banned account does not keep its skyline.
Do not buy a pass to skip the early window. Housing and farms still have to exist. The buildings guide and How to Make Money are the free version of this list.
A buy order that respects windows
- Make the free town sell. No pass yet.
- 2x Money if selling is the bottleneck; 2x Builder Speed if the queue is.
- 2x Population once houses are going up faster than people.
- Infinite Storage once the plot box is the thing you swear at.
- VIP or Change Size only with leftover Robux and a town that already works.
Revisit the order after a war. Rebuilds make 2x Money look even more S. A stalled reconstruction makes Builder Speed look S. A box stuffed with wreckage makes Infinite Storage jump up a letter for that lobby only.
Paid power should feel boring: same jobs, faster. If a pass does not speed selling, building, housing, or storage, it is a toy. Toys are allowed. They are just not how you take a five-player server.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for codes, war, and growing your country.
Which Build a Country gamepass is S-tier?
2x Money (sell twice) and 2x Builder Speed. Ranked on this page against the other four confirmed passes.
Is Infinite Storage worth it?
A-tier. It removes the plot-box gate. Buy it when the box is actually stopping placements, not on an empty town.
Should I buy VIP or Change Size first?
No. Both are situational. VIP is status; Change Size is avatar scale. Neither replaces 2x Money.
Do gamepasses replace a good building order?
No. Passes multiply jobs. Start with the building tier list and How to Make Money.
How much do Build a Country gamepasses cost?
Live shop at last check: 2x Money 399, Infinite Storage 299, 2x Population 199, VIP 149, 2x Builder Speed 99, Change Size 49. Recheck the in-game store; prices can move.
Are scripts better than gamepasses?
No. Automation is a worse idea than a real pass. If you still look it up, use auto-build scripts as a warning.
